He is an expert in matters relating to Corporate Planning, Strategy, Funds Rising and Execution of projects. He is expert in Cross Border Transactions/Business handling. He has vast experience in Information Technology, Pharmacy, Manufacturing, Banking and Services Sector Business activities.

SRI RANGA GORANTLA

Sri Ranga Gorantla is a graduate in B.Com and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an expert in matters relating to STP/SEZ Policy & Regulation, Taxes, Transfer Pricing and Payrolls, Accounts, HR Practices. He has a valuable Ten years experience in dealing with Income Tax matters. He specializes in individual and corporate taxation. He was involved in conducting the due diligence and preparing for the due diligence.

MAHITHA BODEPUDI

Mahitha is a graduate in B.Com and Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and she also completed Cost Accountancy Course from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. She is an expert in Project financing, accounts, income tax and sales tax. She has a valuable four years’ experience in dealing with Income Tax matters.
