SURVEY OF LAND & BUILDING

Surveying of land is done in beginning the construction process. Our surveying team creates a report on the topographical information as per the practical site conditions. Latest technological devices such as total stations are used for high degree of accuracy.

Pre-Project Evaluation
Our team ensures a proper planning basically establishing if the total cost is justified, achievable and given planned approach to delivery is targeted by preparing an estimated Bill of Quantities for the complete project which reflects all deleverables.
Ongoing Evaluation
To make sure the project is proceeding as planned, as per the schedule and budget, regular constant monitoring and reporting of work as per real time is done by our cost control team.
Post Evaluation
